Commit to your 2010 Success We are excited to offer a facility exclusively for endurance athletes and cyclists’ training needs. You will enjoy the many benefits of our indoor training program including aerobic base building, power-based periodization training, and functional threshold assessments to gauge your progress. Classes include intervals designed to improve fitness, increase
power, and build aerobic capacity. We test our athletes
periodically (approximately every 6-8 weeks) to gauge improvements and
establish future training protocols moving forward. All of our Tacx bike
trainers display power, heart rate, speed, cadence, etc. with 6 Cycleops
spin bikes available. Please see our

Traditionally a tennis player and runner, a series of serious health/orthopedic issues prevented me from continuing these sports. So cycling, (something I had never tried) presented itself. Optimum Performance’s indoor Cycle Training Center (CTC) proved to be the perfect opportunity for my introduction to this new sport and a new challenge. Surprisingly, I enjoyed cycle training. Training at Optimum Performance's indoor training facility was demanding but, the coaches defined training tailored to “me”, allowing “me” to increase my level of performance by measurable metrics. The progress I made was great!! It was official, after a season of indoor training, I was addicted!…addicted to challenging myself and striving for new performance plateaus! Heather
