CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

            

Drills & Interval Training: Improve your strength and efficiency in these either 1 or 2 hour classes that involves cadence drills, speedwork, bursts, hill climbing and more over mixed terrain. 

Endurance Building: Lower Intensity Training over a Longer Duration, geared to build up your overall stamina. Can be taken as an endurance or recovery class.

Hill Climbing & Strength Training: Focusing on Strength Training, this class will build your stamina in the saddle and take your off the bike for a series of squat and isolation work between each set.
